Seaweed Sourdough Salad
17 Feb 2011
Ah the joy of a simple salad! It’s amazing how tasty a few basic ingredients can be when they are of exceptional quality. The sourdough I picked up on special at my beloved Waitrose Supermarket and the olive oil is from Molive Gold whom I visited when I was in Martinborough, New Zealand.

Seaweed Sourdough Salad
The seaweed sourdough took me by surprise – the name didn’t inspire any salivation on my part but rather than being as fishy as it sounded, the seaweed merely featured as a light oceanic saltiness. Rather delicious actually. Nice work Gail’s Artisan Bakery… I’ll be keeping an eye out for your products!
